Stop Sabotaging the Good You Receive

Sometimes you are handed exactly what you've been wishing for all your life. And right when the blessing arrives — the questioning begins. *"Is it actually the way it seems?" "This feels tooo good to be true."*
And that's when the mind starts playing its tricks: showing you exactly what you've been trained to look for — the negativity inside the positive — just to sabotage it.
The "even if" you need to hear
And you, imperfectly perfect you —
even if you carry a thousand wounds buried deep, still healing;
even if a lump rises in your throat when something in your present echoes your past;
even if you're still trying to become your better self, failing, and trying harder anyway;
even if someone, somewhere in your childhood, made you feel not good enough;
even if you feel you don't deserve the goodness standing right in front of you;
even if you aren't "healed enough" —
you deserve love. Despite everything you've lived through — you deserve love.
"And what about the past? It hurts…"
Dear, it's gone. The past is *gone* — and the hurt keeps hurting because you haven't yet met yourself the way you deserve to be met. Loved yourself the way you deserve to be loved.
You can love yourself into rewriting the whole damn story in your mind. You are here for yourself.
So remind yourself, when things get louder:
Past is history. Future is mystery. All you have is your present.
Let this be your reminder to open your heartspace, bring yourself here and now — and tell your brain, lovingly, to shut the f**k up and stop dragging old evidence into your new blessing.
And maybe rewrite the history as:
**Dearest self — you deserve love. You are lovable.** 🪷♾️
