Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products
Because digital products (e-books, meditations, downloads) are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once delivered. If you receive a broken or incorrect file, write to us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the stated delivery date.
Physical products
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please do not return items without writing to us first.
1:1 sessions (mentoring, coaching, readings)
You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we will always try to find a kind solution.
Workshops
Workshop seats are refundable up to 48 hours before the workshop begins. Within 48 hours, your seat may be transferred to a future workshop instead.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Write to hello@justbeyou.co.in with your order ID and we will respond within 24–48 hours.
